Information we collect
When you use the Contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, organization, work email, country, area of interest, message, and consent timestamp.
When first-party web analytics is enabled, DQ Navigator uses a first-party cookie containing a random, opaque visitor identifier. We record visit times, pages visited, approximate active time, referrer and campaign source, approximate country where reliably provided by our trusted network, IP address, and general browser, operating-system, and device information. If you are signed in while visiting an eligible tracked page, the visit may be associated with your DQ Navigator account. We do not use invasive browser fingerprinting, advertising trackers, or cross-site tracking, and analytics does not collect form contents, assessment answers, decision evidence, or uploaded documents.
How we use it
Project Victor Co., Ltd. uses this information to respond to inquiries, understand website use, maintain security, and improve DQ Navigator communications and services. A contact inquiry does not create a product account or subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Inquiry and web analytics records are kept separately from DQ Navigator decision evidence and participant records. Access is limited to authorized Project Victor platform administrators. Detailed visitor, session, and page-level analytics records are retained for 30 days and then removed. The anonymous visitor cookie may remain in your browser for up to 12 months, but it contains no name, email address, or website activity.
Notifications
The website may notify a configured Project Victor contact when an inquiry is received. If notification is unavailable, the stored inquiry remains available to authorized administrators.
Your choices
DQ Navigator respects supported browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for first-party analytics. You may contact Project Victor through the Contact page to ask about information submitted through this website. Please do not submit confidential decision evidence through the public form.
